Charles graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

VP of Project Management
Over 21 years of construction experience, including 14 years with H&R Mechanical in project management. Jesse has managed major equipment installations at Toyota plants in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Alabama, and Texas, as well as Hyundai in Alabama and Hummer 2 in Indiana.

Joined H&R Mechanical in 2005. Jennifer graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and has six years of public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

Matt Fitzpatrick - mfitzpatrick@hrmech.com
Project Manager/Estimator
11 years of construction experience including 9 in pipefitting and plumbing. Since joining H&R in 1997, Matt has bid and managed work at Corning Glass, 3M, and Toyota plants in Kentucky and Indiana.

Joey Johnson - jjohnson@hrmech.com
Project Manager/Estimator
More that 17 years of construction experience many of which in a project management position. Joey joined H&R in 2006 to better serve our automotive customers with his experience in paint shop and body weld installations.

Melanie Cassady - mcassady@hrmech.com
Office Manager
Over 15 years of experience in administrative roles for various construction companies throughout central Kentucky. Prior to joining H&R in 2007, Melanie was customer care coordinator for a residential home builder.

JoLinda Rowe - jrowe@hrmech.com
Executive Assistant
Joined H&R Mechanical in 2008 and has over eight years of administrative duties in marketing for a leading mattress manufacturer. In addition, JoLinda has an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.

Jim Reiling - jreiling@hrmech.com
Purchasing/Equipment Manager
Joined H&R Mechanical in 2008 with over 26 years of experience as a Manager of Safety, Employee Training, Purchasing and Logistics. Jim has also received the OSHA 501 40 hour train the trainer and the 503 refresher through the University of Cincinnati.

Graduated form Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Chad has worked at H&R Mechanical for three years and currently sits on AGC of Kentucky's Safety Committee as well as CHASE Review and Safety Director Training Program sub-committees.
