President
Over 35 years business management experience, including 21 years with Square D Company in accounting and audit and three years as Chief Financial Officer for Foam Design, Inc.. Charles graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has been with H&R Mechanical since 1996.

VP of Operations
With over 35 years of mechanical experience, Chris began his career with the Crouse Group in Philadelphia, PA. He then movied to Stewart Mechanical to be a project manager and later became Stewart's president from 2005 to 2006. Before coming to H&R, Chris oversaw a large design-assist project at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, FL.

VP of Project Management
Over 20 years of construction experience and has worked in project management at H&R since 1992. Jesse has managed major equipment installations at Toyota plants in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Alabama, and Texas, as well as Hyundai in Alabama and Hummer 2 in Indiana.

Controller/Treasurer
Joined H&R Mechanical in 2005. Jennifer graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and has six years of public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

Business Development Manager
Over 30 years in the manufacturing industry, including 20 years in management positions, most of which were with Japanese-owned automotive parts suppliers. Danny’s industry knowledge and prior focus on process management and procedures enhance our business development and estimating activities.

Project Manager/Estimator
More than 20 years of construction experience. Since Terry joined H&R in 1994, he has bid and managed work at Square D, Link-Belt, Osram, and Trane.

Safety/IT Director
Graduated form Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Chad has worked at H&R Mechanical since 2004 and currently sits on AGC of Kentucky’s Safety Committee as well as CHASE Review and Safety Director Training Program sub-committees.

Purchasing/Equipment Manager
Joined H&R Mechanical in 2008 with over 26 years of experience as a Manager of Safety, Employee Training, Purchasing and Logistics. Jim has also received the OSHA 501 40 hour train the trainer and the 503 refresher through the University of Cincinnati.

Office Manager
Over 15 years of experience in administrative roles for various construction companies throughout central Kentucky. Prior to joining H&R in 2007, Melanie was customer care coordinator for a residential home builder.
