Some of our capabilities include:
• Custom Pipe Fabrication
Carbon Steel
Stainless Steel
• Pipe and Tube Bending
• Grooved Pipe Preparation
• Lokring
• Welding to B31 Standards
SMAW (stick)
GTAW (heli-arc tig)
GMAW (solid & flux core mig)
Orbital and Manual Fusion Welding
Med Gas
On-site Mobilization
H&R has the capability to mobilize on-site to meet our most demanding customers’ expectations. We are currently authorized to perform work in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.
Industrial & Commercial Piping and Plumbing
H&R is committed to installing quality piping and plumbing systems to meet our customers’ expectations. Using only the best methods and materials available we will install quality piping systems in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
H&R maintains welding qualification and procedure standards that meet all ANSI B31 requirements for power and process piping applications.
We also have the ability to produce orbital welds. Understanding the needs of high purity product manufacturers, H&R offers orbital welding services performed by trained people. An orbital welding system drastically outperforms manual welders. The quality and repeatability of welds created by our orbital welding system is superior to that of manual welding. In certain applications, such as semiconductor and pharmaceutical tube welding, orbital welding is the only means to achieve the required level of weld quality and consistency.
